Senior Design Architect

About the role

SYDEN is looking for a Senior Design Architect to lead the design of large‑scale hospitality, mixed‑use, commercial and high‑rise projects across Lebanon. The role combines creative vision with hands‑on technical delivery from concept through detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine design concepts for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, 3D models and presentations using Revit and other design tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and international hotel operators to guarantee design compliance with codes and brand standards.
• Mentor junior architects, review their work and foster a collaborative design environment.
• Support coordination during design development and assist in resolving technical challenges.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or higher.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design of hospitality, mixed‑use, commercial and high‑rise developments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating involvement in complex, large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination and design‑thinking abilities.
