Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Sociata is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own brand‑creator campaigns across the GCC. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, guiding them from the initial brief through final reporting and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands, proactively communicating progress and addressing queries.
• Lead kickoff calls, translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for strategy and delivery teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, flag issues early, and manage timeline or budget adjustments with clients.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Director to design structured creator‑led programs that drive compounding outcomes.
• Provide insights to delivery teams to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Develop deep understanding of client business and industry to align social outcomes with commercial goals.
• Support growth initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to new business pitches.
• Maintain accurate reporting and present results to clients, including handling difficult conversations when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in customer success, account management or client servicing within a digital or social marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns and deliver results for brand clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with senior brand stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with strategy, creative and delivery teams.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube platforms.
