Senior Corporate Events Executive

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Corporate Events Executive to lead the planning and execution of high‑profile corporate events for multinational clients. You will be responsible for delivering seamless experiences from concept through to post‑event analysis, ensuring client satisfaction and brand excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and incentive programs from start to finish.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets and supplier relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, venues and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues and event suppliers.
• Prepare proposals, detailed budgets and post‑event reports.
• Oversee registration, accommodation, transportation and on‑site operations.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in corporate event planning and operations.
• Proven track record managing conferences, meetings, exhibitions and incentive events.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience sourcing venues and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication, organizational and client‑service abilities.
• Fluent English; French and Arabic are a plus.
