Senior Account Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Account Manager with at least three years of hands‑on influencer‑marketing experience. You will act as the primary client partner, shaping campaign direction, mentoring junior staff, and delivering data‑driven results for high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive influencer‑marketing strategies from concept to execution.
• Guide junior account managers, providing mentorship and ensuring best‑practice delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize ROI.
• Serve as the main escalation point for client communication and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier influencers and partners.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in marketing or account management with a focus on influencer marketing.
• 3‑4 years of direct experience managing influencer campaigns.
• Proven track record managing high‑value client accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and P&L responsibilities.
