SDR/BDR – B2B SaaS Cold Calling for UAE & Saudi Market (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Cairo929’s fully remote team. The SDR will focus on high‑volume B2B cold‑calling campaigns targeting companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and connect with decision‑makers in various industries.
• Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections and qualify opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate prospect data, call notes and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, qualifications and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, telesales or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and target the UAE and/or Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with senior business decision‑makers and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• CRM systems (experience maintaining accurate call records).
