SDR - B2B Cold Calling for UAE & Saudi Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead high‑volume B2B cold‑calling campaigns across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying decision‑makers, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in the UAE and Saudi markets.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers in HR, Administration, Facilities, and Operations.
• Qualify leads based on company size, workforce needs, and current processes.
• Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and maintain control of calls.
• Book qualified meetings and update prospect information in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, qualifications, and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience targeting the UAE and/or Saudi Arabian market is a strong plus.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
