Sales Specialist – Men’s Health Supplements (Remote)

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Specialist focused on men’s health supplements. You will turn inquiries into loyal customers, helping men achieve better energy, strength, and confidence through our proven products.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of health supplement products and services to prospective customers.
• Convert prospects into repeat buyers and brand advocates.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate with senior leaders to refine sales techniques.
• Maintain a daily schedule of 8‑18 appointments, handling calls and video meetings.
• Utilize provided sales tools (Rippling, Salesforce, Zoom) to track leads and close deals.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Genuine interest or background in men’s health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a talent for building genuine connections.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, laptop/desktop with microphone, camera, and headset; Ethernet preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Zoom for video calls.
• Familiarity with Rippling platform for sales operations.
