Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

The Sales Executive will work remotely on a full‑time basis to drive investor acquisition and farmland sales for Tom Projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective investors, presenting the company’s agricultural investment platform and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new leads through proactive outreach.
• Conduct online demos and present investment opportunities and farm products.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with campaigns and farmland availability.
• Provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and product availability.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with investors.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in investment products, agriculture, real estate or financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Competence in basic productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
