MetLife is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate Manager to join its fast‑growing insurance business in Lebanon. The role is part of a structured three‑phase Career Track designed to develop future leaders through hands‑on sales, team building and managerial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales activities and engage clients to provide financial planning and advisory services.
• Recruit, train and develop a network of insurance agents, fostering their performance and growth.
• Mentor and coach team members, shaping leadership style and promoting a strong sales culture.
• Progress to a managerial position responsible for driving team performance, culture and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience managing a team is advantageous.
