About the role
The Sales Associate provides fast, friendly service, actively engages customers, and maintains stock levels to drive sales in a fashion retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a strong floor presence, promote customer service excellence, and attend to customer needs.
- Cross‑sell across departments, provide feedback on collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and accurate POS transactions.
- Update customer database, handle complaints, and propose ideas to boost department sales.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; fashion‑related studies are a plus.
- Maximum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, focus for long periods, and pay attention to detail.
- Strong sense of fashion, professional appearance, and discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software.
- Customer service and communication skills.
