Restaurant Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Restaurant Team Leader to support daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our Sodeco outlet. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant; supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor food safety and operational checklists to ensure compliance.
• Deliver a superior customer experience, handle complaints professionally, and promote upselling.
• Motivate and supervise front‑of‑house staff, manage schedules, breaks, and attendance.
• Assist with cash handling, generate POS reports, manage inventory, and place orders.
• Facilitate communication between floor staff, back‑of‑house, and management; report operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with solid organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude; trilingual (Arabic, French, English) preferred.
