Remote Meeting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Meeting Coordinator to organise and manage virtual and occasional in‑person meetings for our internal teams and external partners. The role is contract‑based and supports the smooth execution of project‑related discussions across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring appropriate time‑zone considerations.
• Prepare, distribute, and update meeting agendas and supporting documents.
• Create and manage video‑conference links using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
• Maintain calendars, send reminders, and track attendance.
• Record decisions, action items and follow up with participants to ensure completion.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for conferencing tools.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience planning virtual or small‑scale in‑person meetings.
• Ability to work independently with reliable internet access.
• Previous coordination or customer‑facing experience; fintech or tech background is a plus.
