Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

BanoPuratos, a joint-venture in the Middle East developing, producing and distributing high-quality ingredients for bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Bshamoun, Lebanon. The role plans and implements marketing strategies, leads market research and oversees the marketing department's strategy and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Department's strategy, plans and customer value propositions, and feed marketing needs into the overall group strategy
• Analyse market trends, demographics, competitors and consumer insights to develop and run marketing strategies
• Develop, implement and manage multi-channel campaigns and touchpoint planning supporting acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes
• Approve creative development of promotional materials, website and social media content, and advertisements
• Work with sales and brand managers on campaign strategy, measurement and reporting
• Run market research on existing and future products and recommend programme changes
• Monitor marketing performance, create analytics reports and propose tactics for go-to-market strategies
• Plan and organise international and local exhibitions, in-house and PR events
• Position the brand, identify target audiences and measure brand equity
• Manage the department budget, consolidate reporting and advise the CEO
• Manage multi-disciplinary reporting units, mentor and coach subordinates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 12 years of marketing experience, including 4 years at a managerial level
• Fluent English; Arabic and French are a plus
