Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the HR cornerstone for MultiLane Test Products (MLTP) in Beirut, Lebanon. Reporting to the GM of MLTP and working closely with the HR Business Partner for the Product Test Business Group, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly, fairly, and in compliance with relevant laws.
• Support managers and employees through annual performance processes and day‑to‑day case management.
• Drive employee growth through performance management, compensation planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including workforce planning, change management, and policy compliance.
• Provide expert HR guidance by leveraging Centers of Excellence resources.
• Assist managers with the hiring process and guide talent acquisition activities.
• Collaborate on new‑hire onboarding, assimilation, and training program deployment.
• Utilize HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead additional HR projects as required.
• Manage payroll processes and benefits administration.

Required profile

• Proven success in managing employee‑relations matters with a focus on fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
