Regional Expansion Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Expansion Manager to lead Tutors’ entry into new Arab markets. The role will drive growth of our legal‑education platform across the MENA region, building partnerships with law schools, firms and other legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry strategies to increase platform share in target Arab countries.
• Establish and nurture relationships with law schools, law firms and key legal institutions.
• Analyse market needs and competitor offerings to recommend localized courses and programs.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch acquisition campaigns and meet user‑growth targets.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular growth and ROI reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, regional sales or expansion management, preferably in EdTech or the legal sector.
• Deep knowledge of MENA academic and professional training markets.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
