Office 365 Support Engineer

About the role

Murex is seeking an Office 365 Support Engineer to join its global operations team. You will be responsible for the Microsoft Collaboration infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and support for the Office 365 tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File servers, Office 365, Archiving, SQL, Certificate Authority, and ADFS.
• Provide advanced incident analysis and troubleshooting for Microsoft systems, creating monitoring alerts and resolving incidents.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and support end‑users and IT teams within SLA targets.
• Participate in documentation creation, maintenance procedures, and infrastructure evolution discussions.
• Provide night support one week per month and weekend support twice per month.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Active Directory, DNS, Office 365, and Windows servers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn continuously.
• Fluent in English; French required.
