Product Specialist – Urology & Minimally Invasive Surgery

About the role

AMG is seeking two motivated Product Specialists to join its Urology, Endoscopy & Minimally Invasive Surgery division in Lebanon. The role focuses on promoting and supporting advanced medical devices for urology and minimally invasive procedures across the Bekaa and Beirut regions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned product lines.
• Provide technical and clinical support to surgeons and operating‑room teams during procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key hospital and surgical‑center accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to customer needs.
• Train healthcare professionals, nurses, and surgical teams on the safe and effective use of products.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on clinical and market developments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, clinical support, or a related healthcare field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Valid driving license and own reliable car for frequent hospital visits.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Commercial mindset, commitment, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
