Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will translate market insight into clear positioning, go‑to‑market plans and sales enablement assets that drive growth of our financial‑services solutions. You will bridge market problems, buyer needs and competitive intelligence with product value propositions to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize market problems, buyer needs, win/loss insights and competitive intelligence across CRM, customer engagement and lending domains.
• Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and persona‑based narratives for AI‑driven CRM and digital lending journeys.
• Create high‑quality marketing assets such as presentations, solution briefs, battlecards and use‑case narratives, and partner with pre‑sales to shape demo scenarios.
• Lead product launch planning, field communication, internal training and execution support in collaboration with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Equip sales and business teams with presentations, demos, FAQs and objection‑handling guides.
• Collaborate with product management, pre‑sales, customer success and corporate marketing to align roadmap discussions with market context.
• Support demand generation initiatives and measure the effectiveness of launches, messaging and enablement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in CRM, customer engagement and financial‑services journeys.
• Deep understanding of relationship management, sales and service workflows, and the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
• Proven ability to translate market insight into actionable product messaging and launch plans.
