Product Analyst – Remote (Lebanon)

About the role

Tracera is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Analyst to support its Product and Engineering teams remotely from Lebanon. You will own day‑to‑day Jira ticket management, lead QA testing before releases, troubleshoot bugs, contribute to feature design, and keep product documentation current.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain Jira tickets across product and engineering boards, ensuring accurate status, priority, and details.
• Analyze Jira data (ticket volume, backlog age, sprint progress) to identify bottlenecks and keep the backlog organized.
• Test new features and fixes ahead of each release, reproduce reported bugs, document steps, and collaborate with engineers to resolve root causes.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, translate them into actionable tickets, and help design features that address customer pain points.
• Write and maintain product feature documentation as features ship.
• Analyze product usage, ticket trends, and customer feedback to surface recurring issues and support prioritization discussions.

Required profile

• Highly organized and responsive, comfortable switching between tickets, spreadsheets, and team conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on, data‑driven mindset.
• Experience working daily with engineers and product teams.
