Procurement Officer

About the role

KristiesLab is looking for a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing for events, activations and production projects across Lebanon and the wider MENA region. You will work closely with creative, production, operations, account and finance teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, at the right quality and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers for event materials, printing, fabrication, equipment and other project needs.
• Request, review and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Prepare purchase orders, coordinate internal approvals and brief suppliers on requirements.
• Track orders from confirmation through delivery, resolve any delays or quality issues, and verify that deliveries match specifications.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and delivery confirmations; verify invoices against approved orders and coordinate with finance for payments.
• Support project cost tracking, reconciliation and keep internal teams updated on purchasing progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supplier management, preferably in events, production or advertising.
• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, budgets, payment terms and cost control.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements simultaneously.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑oriented mindset with good English and Arabic communication skills.
