About the role
The Procurement Officer supports the Product & Supply Chain Director in managing the full procurement cycle, from customer inquiry to shipment execution, ensuring accurate records in Excel and Odoo ERP.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer inquiries, prepare RFQs, consolidate quotations and recommend suppliers.
- Create and verify purchase orders, follow up production progress, packaging, and cargo readiness.
- Maintain product, supplier, cost and order data in Excel and Odoo ERP.
- Support inventory analysis, supplier performance reporting and ERP implementation tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination or commercial pricing analysis.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Odoo ERP purchasing workflows.
