Pool Receptionist (Seasonal)

About the role

The Pool Receptionist (Seasonal) welcomes guests and members to the pool area, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their visit. This front‑of‑house position is the first and last impression of the pool, requiring a professional and courteous attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Monitor and enforce strict hygiene standards in the pool area.
• Ensure 100 % guest satisfaction with hotel and pool services.
• Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.
• Maintain a professional appearance and create a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Hospitality Management degree.
• Excellent oral and written skills in the local language; good English communication.
• Client‑facing experience in reception or front‑of‑house roles.
• Experience with business writing, stock and retail management, and telephone system operations.
• Computer literate with experience using in‑house booking or database systems.
• Ability to work in a 7‑day operation.
