Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our pharmacy in Beirut, Lebanon. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, productivity, and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock control, and waste minimisation.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Analyse financial performance, prepare budgets, and optimise costs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (required); Master's in Business Administration or Healthcare Management (preferred).
• Licensed pharmacist in Lebanon.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.
• Proven track record of process improvements and workflow optimisation.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
