Pharmaceutical Sales Manager – Pharmacy Channel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical distribution network across Lebanon’s pharmacy channel. Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will own commercial and operational performance for a 17‑person department handling prescription, OTC, and consumer health products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise territory zoning, routing and visit schedules for field and telesales teams to maximise market penetration.
• Oversee the full collection cycle, set credit limits, monitor receivables and protect cash flow.
• Partner with global suppliers and scientific offices to create distribution strategies and launch new products.
• Develop market‑intelligence frameworks to track competitor activity, market trends and prescribing habits, and advise senior leadership.
• Ensure all sales and distribution activities comply with Lebanese pharmaceutical regulations and corporate ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of sales‑management experience in Lebanese pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong analytical mindset, negotiation expertise and proven ability to lead high‑pressure commercial teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Residence in Beirut or surrounding area.
