About the role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Lead Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance after an injury. Working remotely, you will handle inbound calls, gather essential case information, and qualify prospects before forwarding them to the appropriate attorney.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential personal injury clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Collect and accurately document case details using the company’s CRM system.
• Follow scripted intake procedures to assess lead qualification criteria.
• Schedule qualified leads for consultations with the relevant legal team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information and update records promptly.
• Meet established performance and conversion targets, and follow up with leads as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Experience in call‑center, customer service, appointment setting, sales, or legal intake preferred.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and working remotely.
• Empathetic, professional, and confident when speaking with injured individuals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑management software for data entry and scheduling.
