Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage high‑volume paid campaigns for leading regional brands. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of campaigns on Google, Facebook and other platforms, driving ROI and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and third‑party media outlets.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all engines and ensure campaigns meet client ROI targets.
• Continuously analyse performance data, produce reports on KPIs, cost‑per‑lead and adjust spend for demand and seasonality.
• Craft compelling pay‑per‑click ad copy, conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation recommendations from digital strategists.
• Oversee growth in performance, including retargeting/remarketing initiatives and display advertising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Background in marketing or advertising is a strong plus.
• Proven track record with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
• Experience in keyword research, campaign build‑out, bid management and lead generation.
• Extensive experience with the Google Display Network and retargeting/remarketing.
