About the role
Brasserie Almaza is hiring a People & Organization Development Specialist to support the development and consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, tools and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support organizational development and change initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and climate survey action plans
- Manage recruitment and selection activities
- Support learning and development and training effectiveness
- Coordinate the performance management cycle
- Maintain HR policies, job descriptions and organization charts
- Support ESG, CSR and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics
Required profile
- BA in HR, business administration or a related field
- 3-4 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in recruitment and development
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
Required skills
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Visio
