Organizational Effectiveness Manager

About the role

The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will work part‑time in a remote capacity to improve the efficiency and alignment of programs, processes, and people at مركز حلال العالمي للتدريب. The role focuses on assessing current structures, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing frameworks that support strategic goals and sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and recommend interventions to boost employee engagement and productivity.
• Coordinate and oversee key organizational development initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation.
• Manage projects and programs related to organizational development, monitoring progress against objectives.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of producing concise reports and presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time setting and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
