Partnerships Manager (P-4) – Fixed Term – Beirut

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a senior Partnerships Manager (P‑4) on a fixed‑term basis to be based in Beirut. The role will strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders, drive resource mobilisation and enhance UNICEF’s visibility and influence across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with UNICEF’s mission.
• Conduct environmental scanning and knowledge exchange to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Lead resource‑mobilisation initiatives and negotiate agreements with donors and partners.
• Support senior management in policy design, annual work‑plan setting and performance monitoring.
• Supervise and mentor a team, establishing clear objectives and ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Monitor progress of partnership projects, ensuring compliance with UNICEF standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in partnership development, resource mobilisation or related fields at a senior level.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and policy‑influence skills, with a track record of engaging high‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
