Part-time E-Commerce & Inventory Assistant Internship

About the role

Medaid, a fast‑growing Lebanese e‑commerce brand, is looking for a motivated part‑time intern to support its online store operations. You will work side‑by‑side with the Customer Service & E‑Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator, gaining hands‑on experience in order processing, inventory control, and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with order fulfillment, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Help manage and organize store inventory, including barcode scanning.
• Update product tags and listings on Shopify.
• Enter product data into spreadsheets for the Toters team.
• Shadow the Fulfillment Coordinator and support basic customer‑service tasks.
• Contact online and offline suppliers, compare prices, and aid in purchase negotiations.
• Research product availability and maintain communication with suppliers.

Required profile

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Good communicator with basic confidence in negotiation.
• Comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Interest in e‑commerce, retail, purchasing, or operations.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
