Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Prologistics is looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure an efficient workflow. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and company policies while supporting the broader supply‑chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory control through regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety protocols and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Train and develop team members to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to manage receipt and dispatch schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements for warehouse operations.
• Prepare performance and inventory reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Background in FMCG, retail distribution or similar sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Experience using inventory software.
