About the role
Medaid, a fast‑growing Lebanese e‑commerce brand, is looking for a motivated part‑time intern to support its online store operations. You will work side‑by‑side with the Customer Service & E‑Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator, gaining hands‑on experience in order processing, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with order fulfillment, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Help manage and organize store inventory, including barcode scanning.
- Update product tags and listings on Shopify.
- Enter product data into spreadsheets for the Toters team.
- Shadow the Fulfillment Coordinator and support basic customer‑service tasks.
- Contact online and offline suppliers, compare prices, and aid in purchase negotiations.
- Research product availability and maintain communication with suppliers.
Required profile
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Good communicator with basic confidence in negotiation.
- Comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheet tools.
- Interest in e‑commerce, retail, purchasing, or operations.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
