Paid Search Manager

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns for its diverse client portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end process, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives and KPIs while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and execution across biddable platforms, aligning with client goals.
• Manage and develop a team of Executives, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams and subject‑matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
• Support junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis across digital, traditional and emerging channels.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
• Excellent spoken and written communication with expertise in presentation storytelling.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic media plans using planning and analytics tools.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI, and openness to automation tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
