Outbound Cold Calling Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Leads Bridge Group is seeking an experienced Outbound Cold Calling Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will drive B2B lead generation by contacting senior decision‑makers, qualifying prospects, and securing meetings for our clients' sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to C‑level and senior executives across multiple industries.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments that align with client objectives.
• Follow proven multi‑channel outreach strategies, including cold email and LinkedIn follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly call‑volume and appointment‑setting KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with campaign managers to refine scripts and targeting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, SDR or lead generation.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Professional, confident phone presence with strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging C‑level executives and documenting interactions in a CRM.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed call‑volume and appointment‑setting targets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or email follow‑ups is a plus.
