Order Fulfillment Executive

About the role

L'Atelier du Miel, a Lebanese brand selling local honey and extra virgin olive oil, is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Order Fulfillment Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lebanon. The person manages orders from receipt through preparation, packing and dispatch, coordinating with internal teams, drivers and delivery partners. The role combines daily ERP use with physical product handling and delivery follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process customer orders in the ERP.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory and production teams so products are available and ready on time.
• Pick the correct products and quantities, check their condition and pack them securely.
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes and labels.
• Organise dispatches and coordinate pickups and handovers with drivers and delivery partners.
• Track deliveries, follow up on delays or failed attempts, and coordinate returns and exchanges.
• Keep order statuses and stock movements accurate and updated in the ERP.
• Follow up on cash-on-delivery collections and reconcile records with drivers and finance.
• Communicate order issues to customer service and internal teams.
• Maintain organised storage and packing areas, support stock counts and follow quality and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, order processing, warehouse operations or dispatch.
• Experience coordinating with drivers and managing delivery documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
• Willingness to physically pick, pack and handle products daily.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience using an ERP for orders, invoices and inventory transactions; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, including sorting, filtering and basic formulas.
