About the role
We are seeking a social and friendly Optometrist/Optician to join our dynamic retail team. You will work directly with customers, providing eye examinations and guiding them to the right vision solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
- Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
- Provide advice on vision and optical issues and recommend follow‑up care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey, from exam to after‑sales support.
- Assist in the development of the overall practice.
Required profile
- Optometry degree or related field with strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patients.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and multitask effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with optometric equipment.
- General computer proficiency.
