Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Officer to support our fast‑growing multi‑asset CFD brokerage. The role involves handling client inquiries, improving processes and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to product and application related inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Identify cost‑effective corrective actions and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Liaise with other teams to escalate and resolve client issues promptly.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks that support operational and program objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations or similar role.
• Experience in the FX or broader financial services sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of autonomy, attention to detail and a drive for continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
