Operations Manager (Team Lead)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and execution‑focused Operations Manager to lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations across our full business portfolio, including SupportRoom and VAI. This remote role will act as the central operational hub, collaborating closely with leadership and multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across all business units and coordinate activities between SupportRoom and VAI.
• Directly manage the Operations team, assigning, prioritising, and monitoring tasks while balancing workloads.
• Own and maintain ClickUp and group‑wide task‑management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow‑up on overdue actions.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, contracts, and onboarding processes, including system access and tool provisioning.
• Provide operational reporting, dashboards, and visibility to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly, maintaining consistency as the group scales.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and execution‑focused professional.
• Experience leading a small operations team and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, product, technology, customer success, and finance teams.
• Comfortable handling recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and day‑to‑day operational logistics.
