Operations Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise the day‑to‑day operational flow of our digital marketing agency. The role focuses on improving efficiency, resource coordination and cross‑functional collaboration across all departments, with an emphasis on evening/PM shift work aligned to the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance operational efficiency, processes and ways of working across the agency.
• Identify operational challenges, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support department leads in resolving cross‑functional operational issues.
• Plan and coordinate resources, monitor capacity and utilisation.
• Maintain efficient workflows and ensure key priorities are met.
• Optimise agency tools, track operational metrics and produce regular reports.
• Develop and improve SOPs, automate repetitive processes and explore AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with department leads to improve coordination and communication.
• Track key operational KPIs and recommend initiatives that boost productivity and scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing, creative, social media, communications or similar agency.
• Proven background in agency operations, project operations, resource management or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, client delivery and project management.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work evening/PM shifts aligned with the EST time zone.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana or similar project‑management platforms.
