Operational Risk Analyst - Senior Specialist

About the role

The Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. The role supports the implementation and maintenance of an operational risk management framework aligned with international best practices, ensuring effective controls and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and continuously monitor operational risks across business units.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Conduct Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA) and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Identify control gaps and recommend mitigation actions to reduce exposure.
• Investigate operational risk incidents and assist with root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare operational risk reports and dashboards for management and risk committees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in risk management or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Big 4 or similar professional services firm is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and systems.
