Narrow Web Flexo Printing Machine Operator (West Bekaa, Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Narrow Web Flexo Printing Machine Operator to join our production team in West Bekaa. The role involves operating high‑speed flexographic printers, ensuring top‑quality output, and maintaining efficient workflow on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Narrow Web Flexographic Printing Machines using UV inks on a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.
• Read and interpret job tickets, production orders, and technical specifications.
• Perform color matching, maintain print registration, and monitor print quality throughout the run.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out routine maintenance on equipment, including anilox rolls and plates.
• Manage printing substrates, inks, and plates to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders, including night shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience operating narrow web flexographic printers with UV inks.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of narrow web flexographic printing processes.
• Experience with P5 Mark and ANDY flexo machines (preferred).
• Proficiency in handling UV inks, anilox rolls, plates, and various printing substrates.
• Ability to read job tickets and technical specifications accurately.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance aptitude.
• Color matching and print registration expertise.
