Rotogravure Printing Machine Operator – Tobacco Packaging

About the role

The Rotogravure Printing Machine Operator will work on-site in Beirut, handling rotogravure presses dedicated to tobacco packaging. The role focuses on maintaining production efficiency while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor rotogravure printing machines for tobacco packaging runs.
• Prepare materials, adjust machine settings, and conduct routine inspections.
• Check print quality, color consistency, and registration, making corrections as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs using hand tools.
• Document production data and coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe workplace.

Required profile

• Experience operating rotogravure printing equipment, preferably in tobacco or packaging printing.
• Background in quality control for printed packaging, including color and registration checks.
• Technical diploma or secondary education in printing, industrial production, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks in a high‑volume environment.
