Mid Salesforce Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid Salesforce Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing on Salesforce modules.
• Log, track, and report defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date test artifacts and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify acceptance criteria and release readiness.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years on Salesforce projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying risks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
