Medical Representative

About the role

Join a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Lebanon as a Medical Representative, driving brand advocacy and scientific detailing across key medical specialties and retail pharmacy networks within the East Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑impact detailing visits to healthcare professionals, educating them on clinical efficacy and competitive advantages of the portfolio.
• Build and expand relationships with specialists such as neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, cardiologists, family physicians, ER physicians, and hospital departments.
• Visit retail and hospital pharmacies to ensure product availability, monitor stock movement, and optimize prescription flow.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and call KPIs.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, prescription trends, and submit structured field visit reports and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related biomedical life‑sciences discipline.
• 1–2 years of proven field experience as a Medical Representative in the Lebanese pharmaceutical market.
• Established network and familiarity with the East Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan territory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a definite asset.
• Valid Lebanese driving licence and a reliable personal car.
