Medical Representative – Aesthetics

About the role

The Medical Representative – Aesthetics acts as the primary liaison between HOLDAL and healthcare professionals, promoting the company’s pharmaceutical and aesthetic portfolio within dermatology and aesthetic medicine. The role combines medical sales, B2B relationship management, and business development to increase product awareness, prescriptions, and overall market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly visits to doctors, dermatologists, and aesthetic specialists to deliver product and disease information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical staff in the assigned territory.
• Organise and attend local and international round‑tables and conferences to showcase HOLDAL’s products.
• Segment and target existing customers to optimise sales efficiency and ROI.
• Identify and engage new key doctors to expand the network of product advocates.
• Collect and report data on product efficacy, safety, and adverse events.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide monthly insights for strategic planning.
• Submit daily visit reports to ensure coverage of the established doctor‑visit cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales, with at least 1 year in the aesthetics sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
