Marketing Support Intern (Paid, Project-Based)

About the role

Horse Head Tea is hiring a Marketing Support Intern for a paid, project-based internship. The intern assists the marketing team with event preparation, marketing activities, product coordination and on-site execution. The role combines office-based coordination with on-site support during events, tastings and other marketing activities, giving exposure to the day-to-day work of a marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing marketing events, activations, tastings and promotional activities.
• Coordinate the preparation, transportation and setup of products, promotional materials and event supplies.
• Support the execution of campaigns and marketing projects.
• Help coordinate logistics so that materials and products are available on time.
• Assist with product preparation for events, tastings and promotions.
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks for ongoing projects.
• Track product quantities, materials, expenses and other details related to marketing activities.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience alongside academic studies.
