Marketing Manager – Middle East & Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative and data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our Middle East and Cyprus operations. You will translate food and consumer trends into actionable marketing strategies for our gourmet and industrial product portfolios, working closely with sales, technical and product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Create marketing materials such as content, graphics and promotional collateral.
• Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars and product launches.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer insights.
• Assist in budget management and tracking for marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Travel as required for events, meetings and business activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in B2B food ingredients, FMCG or flavor/fragrance industry.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and consumer behaviour, especially in the chocolate sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
