About the role

Harmovest Capital is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and customer acquisition in Malaysia. You will shape strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company’s global expansion goals and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Expand brand presence across the Malaysian market.
• Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team.
• Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and performance analytics.
• Control marketing budgets and optimise ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives.

Required profile

• Based in Malaysia with fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Investment sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of translating data into business growth.
