About the role

Lux Sales Consulting is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its fully remote team. You will work in a fast‑paced sales environment, collaborating with financial advisors and insurance agents to drive revenue and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects daily, building natural rapport and trust.
• Maintain integrity by enrolling only clients who are a good fit.
• Lead prospects toward the best decisions, even if outside their comfort zone.
• Generate new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve high earnings.
• Monitor personal performance, understand why you are ahead or behind targets, and adjust behavior accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of numbers and CRM activities.
