Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Lead to drive the marketing function for InstrucTwin, our AI‑powered education platform. The role will shape brand presence across the UAE and GCC, generate qualified leads and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs and budgets.
• Identify market opportunities, target segments and positioning for schools, universities, training providers and government education sectors.
• Lead brand guidelines, messaging and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
• Manage website, brochures, presentations and sales‑enablement materials.
• Design and oversee content strategy, producing website copy, case studies, white papers, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, product brochures and customer success stories.
• Run digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and email platforms, monitor performance and optimise ROI.
• Implement marketing automation and integrate CRM systems where applicable.
• Track marketing KPIs such as brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build and manage a marketing team and external agencies to support expansion.

Required profile

• Strategic, hands‑on mindset with proven experience leading marketing for AI‑enabled or education‑technology solutions.
• Ability to work closely with Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of building brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
• Experience scaling marketing operations and managing external partners.
